HEADQUARTERS & 1.FACTORY

It is the main building of Pimtaş Plastik A.Ş., where the headquarters office is located. All processes are planned from production to shipment, where there is corporate structure. The Board of Directors and all management departments are located in Pimtaş 1 Headquarters Building. Order management, production management, planning, inventory control and human resources department management are managed from a single center by using "Enterprise Resource Planning" ERP system in all management and production processes. With the strong network systems we have established in our headquarters, our employees can access information regardless of what time it is, which country you are in and which city you are in. Pimtaş Plastik has increased its production to the level of Western European production norms by using current technology with its investments. Pipe and Pvc Additional Parts, Pvc Butterfly Valve, Pvc Spherical Valve are produced in the production area located under Pimtaş Plastic Headquarters.

PIMTAS R&D

• Pimtaş Plastik, which carries out more than 20 projects per year with PIİMARGE, the R&D base of Pimtaş Plastik, produces innovative solutions to solve the problems of the sector.
• In order to bring qualified personnel to the sector, Gebze Technical University, Kocaeli University, Gedik University and Sabanci University have established cooperations. All tests specified in the standards for the products we produce are carried out in the highest-tech test equipment determined in our laboratories, in the specified periods and conditions of our company.
  
  

OKAN UNIVERSITY COOPERATION

• Okan University and Pimtaş Inc., which operates in Gebze Plastikçiler Organized Industrial Zone, signed a protocol for the R&D center to be operational.

GEBZE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY COOPERATION

• Based on R&D between Gebze Technical University and Pimtaş Inc., which operates in Gebze Plastics Organized Industrial Zone Cooperation protocol signed. It was aimed that the researches to be developed with the protocol would contribute to the industry and that academicians and students would take an active part in the projects to be carried out.

PIMTAS 3. PRODUCTION FACTORY

We produce Kaplin, HDPE Boy and Kangal pipes in our production tracks consisting of high-tech production machines located in Pimtaş Plastik third factory

PIMTAS WAREHOUSE ANKARA

Barcode labels printed from the system for all products are affixed to parcels. In this way, subsequent label transactions are performed by scanning barcodes on these labels. All warehouse entry and exit operations (production, purchase, warehouse, goods output, waste outputs, etc.) are carried out with hand terminals with barcode system.
